The Alliance for the Wild Rockies and Yellowstone to Uintas Connection sent a 60-day Notice Of Intent to Sue to the Forest Service and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service stating they will file a lawsuit to stop the Forest Service's decision to allow construction of the Crow Creek pipeline through six National Forest Inventoried Roadless Areas in southeast Idaho.
